What has love got to do with it?

Today is The Day After. And I feel good, enlightened, inspired, energized, clear-headed and light-hearted. It is amazing. It is the day after the 3-days retreat at the 'Zonheuvel', a lovely intimate green, tree-rich resort close to Doorn. It was a wonderful practical workshop with David Ellzey, working with the Sedona Method, on how we can be be open to love. Just allow being loved and loving, by letting go our limiting thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and beyond. I became fully aware that the stories I have created in my life, are stories of those particular moments in the past, coloured over time, and tend strongly defining who I am.
However, now given, and taken the choice, to live the story or let the story go, I am aware and feel that I am not my stories. I am far more than that. They are just one of the infinite pieces of me, and by letting them go, I am able to take away the limiting impact that they have on my thoughts and feelings in the moment - NOW. It was truly a cleansing experience. And I feel clear and happy, now, in this very moment. This morning at the breakfast table I shared this with Elliz. I said to her: "I love myself, I love you, unconditionally, and I am happy", and smiled. And she was happy for me.
